In 1990 I visited the island of Kauai, I ended up returning to live there for 5 years but upon returning home after that first visit I was going through my pics and random postcards that I had purchased and noticed this amazing coincidence.
I took the picture on the right while sitting in the passenger seat in a shuttle van heading south bound through the tree tunnel leading into Koloa town on the south side of the island, the postcard on the left was printed in 1985 but it could have been potentially taken before 1985 (we're talking at least 5 years difference) so the big coincidence is the car in the photo, it looks to be the same car. Nobody ever believes me when I tell them about this (until I show them) so what do you guys think ?

That's funny! It DOES look like the same car. Probably some local who lives nearby & drives that road a lot.

If it was a rental car like a red Jeep Wrangler it wouldn't be that strange but that car does look a bit ambiguous.
