I've done both, but was naturally better at snowboarding. Although I've always admired skateboarding for it's technicality.
I mean, snowboards have bindings, so I think it's kind of silly even.
Thoughts? |

Exactly.
Snowboarding is a valid alternative to skiing, although both are fun. The skill set is a little different going from skating to snowboarding, but the similarity is definitely there.
Actually, I think dudes that put Joker in their log-in name are dumb. But that's just my opinion.

Surfing is for people who have a deathwish, atleast Big Wave Pro surfing, this is coming from someone who's from Hawaii, and deaths are common. |

| I don't surf 'cause I don't like getting wet.I don't snowboard 'cause I don't like being cold.They are both admirable pursuits in my opinion if you dig 'em,however. |

snowboarding is fun. You can go fast. You can jump high. Deep powder feels great to ride in.
