This condition doesn't affect members I've already dealt with, or members that have props from members I respect - It's more directed to the unknown quantities out there,
"Pay as a Gift" does not prevent credit card charge backs, Paypal will yank the funds out of my account and hand them back over to whoever states they didn't authorize the payment, and I'll be left holding my dick  . They don't that if 30 days has passed. If someone wants to send Western Union e-transfer, I don't have to wait a month, but it's hard getting some people here to understand THE CONCEPT of Western Union - even though it was created before PayPal. Everyone is pretty gun-ho about PayPal gift, I'm not gun-ho about losing $5000 in product - simple as that.
:)Also, I'm willing to take trades:):
Looking for mint Powell decks from 86 (not a harris, or mullen as I already have those)
or a mint Lucero Creature (1st issue)
or a mint Corey Obrien Reaper (w/purple cowl 1st issue)
