Healthy and Damn Good Chili

Isu:

I hate and I mean HATE garbonzo beans. I never put them in. I use a extra can of kidney to make up for them.

I always make it on a night my lady isn't going to be home for dinner and have a small bowl that night. It is better the next day after sitting in the fridge. More spicy or whatever.

Lots of crushed red pepper is now a must. I am also thinking of adding a can of sliced black olives. I usally make my pasta sauce with these and I like what it adds flavor wise.

I also use non fat yougart instead of the sour cream and it taste almost better.

My lady (Sarah) is a Director of Admissions at the California Culinary Academy here in SF. They had a Chili Cook Off today. I made a huge pot of this chili last night and it seems the people that work there found that they liked it so much they declared it the winner.

Just thought it deserved a winners bump.
