FYI, that park was dirt cheap. 44K. If you want his number let me know.
He always throws in extras.
He's starting another one in Dayville next week. I think then groton.
I'd like to get him some repair jobs around here. Edgewood in New Haven comes to mind immediately. |

| Paproki could make a killing going around and re-working all those scituate turds ... there are enough of them. And I would be glad to do some volunteer jackhammering even though I'd only last a few seconds. |
