I was watching "bizarre foods" last night and he was in Iceland. He tries this stuff called Skyr, it's like yogurt but technically is cheese. I went by whole foods today and tried it- really good. The good part is it has zero fat and is really nutritious.

bizzare foods is a pretty fucked up show tho. dude eats everything that any culture calls "food"
the best eps are when even he is grossed out. I mean honestly, your eating live worm pupas ... if it tastes just like chicken, eat chicken you show-off. |

I like Anthony Bourdain alot better than Zimmerman.. i dunno.. he looks like he tries to hard to be interesting when he's just boring fat & douchey. heh.. |

Well Skyr is expensive, so I am just going to be buying greek style yogurts- same great nutritional value but doesn't taste as good unfrotunately. |
