In N Out "well done" fries taste just as good cold the next day.
no funky cold fry taste and they maintained their crisp.
must be the real freshly cut potatoes |

after i brough home the bag (double double animal style included) some shit went down with my house/internet/phone line i had to fuck with and didnt get around to eating it..
thats how i discovered the cold fries thing. also, i have a day old double double animal style and a well done fry waiting for me in the office fridge. |
