That sounds REALLY good. Reminds me of an old recipe my ex-chick used to make. She would make greenbean casserole but instead of those fried onion things your supposed to use she used cheetos instead..

my mom made tuna casserole with canned green peas mixed in. lays potato chips on top covered with lots of grated chedder. I usually had it "shit-on-a-shingle" style over toast. good stuff for sure.

parmesian goldfish would be good on andersons split pea soup.

I think you can get andersens at fancy grocery stores like nob hill and such. I know I've seen it but not lately. campbells works good enough.

Why not fresh green beans?
Can't cost more than just a few cents over the price of the others.

Anyway.... the tuna sounds like a winner.
