I live in Norwalk Ct. I am looking for a good mini ramp to install into the local skate park. If anyone is looking to get rid of one please let me know. It must be in good condition. It must be able to stand up to outside elements and lots of public skating.

I have one, but it's probably too far for you to come pick up.
I'm in Paducah, KY, the ramp is 2 1/2 ft tall, 12 feet wide. The construction is extremely solid and has 2x4's every six inches underneath the skating surface. |

Good luck, finding one for free that meets your demands is unlikely. |

I'm not rich. But I would be willing to buy a ramp. I also could try taking up a collection from some other local skaters.

Get your bro's and pool your money, build your own.
It's not hard, and with enough guy's chippin' in it's cheap.

I spent a life time building things. For me building is work. If I am building a ramp it takes time away from building something else. I build radiant heating systems. I would be slow building a skateboard ramp because I am a amature at it. It is much cheaper for me to go out and get a job building a radiant heating system and use the money to buy a used ramp from some one else.
