So, what are some of you doing for promotions this Black Friday? We are doing some shoe specials( buy one get one 50%off), free grip and hardware on completes, some pro decks at $30, wheels at $9.99 and other random sale stuff.
We also have 10% off total purchase coupons going out via postcards and emails from our customer mailing lists for use after the Black Friday sale. The postcards also emphasize that we can order just about anything, layaway is available, and a reminder for the kids to come in an fill out their shopping list that we keep on file (Wish List). Pretty basic. Anyone have some great ideas that have worked well in the past, or even maybe something you haven't tried yet but want to.
Any ideas appreciated. I'm really looking to maximize our sales this Christmas (Duh, who isn't LOL) and beat last year's numbers. All of our holiday orders have been arriving and we are very well stocked, so product won't be an issue.
