Here is a solution I saw the other day at a mini ramp.
It looks like holes are drilled into the coping, then threads cut in; well I did not bring an allen wrench to check.....
So just check out the pic and figure it out.

| on my 4ft mini i just slapped a bunch or "construction adhesive" caullk down and that shit has never budged. |
