"Good 24 Hr. Restaurants" is like "Good DeCaf" or "Good N/A Beer" or sex without orgasm.
It doesn't happen. It's like Big Foot, or Loch Ness. A fucking myth.
Learn to cook. |

i hear ya but sometimes you gotta get out.
We have roommates on the short term at our house.
a 12 year old girl and her mom
(friends of jessicas)
needless to say our house is not OUR home anymore.
a shared place.
temporary until they find a new living situation.
I cant hang there like i used to.
gotta get out.
dining, drinks, rough sex in new locations are just a couple reasons to do so...
thanks for the tip on the waffle house.
thats in SD?
is that the one under the 8 & 5 frwy overpass? |

on similar note...
Dave and Busters has been our new playground recently.
sun-thurs 1/2 off drinks
(millionaire margarita = 4.50)
they stay open till 1am and the food is just alright...
muuch better if you wait until after a few drinks to order but yeah
D&B is a pretty sweet place. |

LIES. Nobody sleeps in SoCal.
Dude, I don't need to tell you. Get out and go for a drive. 419 North Fairfax Avenue.
Also, that carne asada burrito sounds fucking delicious right about now.
Not much of a hang out, but you can't beat X weinershnitzel 24 hour food joints. Especially mexican ones. Watch out for those college hooligans, though. |

There is also a place down in Mission beach that was awesome... I'll ask Lauren what it was... The best clam chowder I have ever had. It's down by all of those other university club/bar type places, but it's far nicer. They have stuff ranging from $5-$50 too, so you don't have to break the wallet.
Maybe it's time to hang out at Pachanga. It's not too bad there. I like the raw arcitecture. Don't they have the restaurant open until late? I don't know if their deli is open all that late, but it might be worth a try. Maybe Pala or Trump... It's all over by your place.
All too familiar. Not a fucking place for the night owl to roost.
If I lived in LA, I'd be a recognized face on Fairfax ave.
Fuck, that's spooky. I shouldn't know a city that I don't live in that well. |

Check out the Harbor House Cafe in Sunset Beach on P.C.H. Huge menu and the food is better than most 24 Hr. diners. |
