I found this on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBa...657674&rd=1,1

It doesn't look like a bad setup for the price. Looks solid. Nice pump, cylinders, two molds (one a pool deck).

If I was closer I would consider it.

This was the second time this guy listed the press. The first time I emailed him, he said the pool mold was cut by CNC.

The pump is 10HP. The cylinders are 6" diameter, I didn't get the psi ratings

I would say its a fair deal, if you consider all the parts (assuming they are good quality) and the time for sourcing parts and building the press. Especially if you are buying new parts.

Its cool for those who need a pre made press, and if they are on that side of the country.
The details are in the pumps and regulator.

If I couldn't build another one, I might buy it.

I think the multi drill he has is more interesting.
The veneer should be 500-1000 dollar worth if it is still not too dry.
Everide....
I meant to pm, you gotts to call me again. I'll help out on the last question you asked.

Jesse,
contact this guy, see if you can get him to throw everything in
a package and somehow arrange shipping out to me.

I bet he would go for $3 500. to $3 800 for everything.

On second thought,
Ask about the wheelbase drill, then offer him money for the veneer, and find out about getting more from him.

I think the press is too much work to get it out here.
The wheelbase drill would be nice to have.

90% of the presses out there are self built. As long as he knows about mold making, hydraulics, metal fabrication, he can build one. (mold making is the toughest part)
