woody's is still there. i'm moving up that way so i'll have to check it out. i've only heard good things. also, up that way is captain jim's (great!) and chef creole (been meaning to try it). jumbo's is also still around, but i never make it over into the hood.
anyway, didn't mean to derail the sliders. |

they have these annoying as shit commercials on the radio for the little caboose or something, in broward i think. they claim a similarity to white castle, but it sounds more kid oriented than a regular fast food place. the commercials piss me off |

where to? I used to live on 135th east of Biscayne. Take 135 th till the road gets blocked off for the University & oleta river park. nice, long smooth road with no car traffic.... at least that's how it was back in the day. Lots of skate history there. some of our old halfpipes might still be rotting away back there in the woods... |

@TGM- i ate at krystal the other day......that's some good stuff!!! i'm not saying it's better than white castle. i have no scale for comparison as i have not had a white castle burger in about 25 years, but krytsal was pretty damn good!!
@gogo mouse- i ate at woody's two weeks ago.....it was ok, nothing exceptonal. my friend andy says the quality has gone down a little bit.
@both of you- The Football Sandwich Shop on ne 2nd ave and 86th street is sooooooo fucking good!!!!! it's the home of the csonker and the submarino!!! |

I gotta admit, I haven't been there in almost twenty years....
When I first started eating there in the early 70's, it was just a tiny shack. They've done several remodelings over the years......
Maybe it was better back then, and I'm sure my childhood memories make it seem even better..... but that place willl always be a North Miami landmark. |

You've just had a bad handjob, but someday you'll have a good blowjob...
We need to hit Arnold's sometime soon. |

What did you eat?
The only good thing from Krystal's is a sackful split amongst the passengers of the vehicle on the way home from closing the bar.
Any other time, it's gross, except for their sweet tea. |
