Applewood smoked chicken sausage is fucking outstanding.

But, for the most part, I agree. I can't stand folks who treat eating like some sort of allergic reaction. Food is sex and art. Get into it.

Well said!!! Then again my in laws don't have sex and aren't very artistic. Or, if they are having sex ... well, they won't tell me. I'll have to ask them about it. In between bites of boiled boneless chicken breasts.

could you imagine that beast roasting on a spit? Just put an apple....er, a pumpkin in it's mouth, let it cook for about a day-and-a-half, and when it's done, swab it with my Kung Pao BBQ sauce.....

This sauce is great on chicken or pork and shrimp.

Kikoman terriyaki glaze ( NOT teriyaki sauce, it's too thin and watery)

Sriracha hot sauce

a few dashes of QUALITY toasted sesame oil, don't get cheap on this, get a good brand.

optional- a spoonfull or two of honey, some fresh chopped garlic.
after coating cooked meat with the sauce, (don't put sauce on before cooking, it'll burn), sprinkle with black sesame seeds as a garnish.

experiment with the teriyaki/ sriracha ratio to suit your own spicieness tolerance.

This sauce will make you the Big Man at your next barbecue. [/quote]

honey mustard, I found this addition a little out of place, since when is mustard with honey in it a "Lame" food... it's not "lite" HM is it?

Only one thing worse than that... canned whole chicken.
