Thanks for sharing the thoughts. I don�t know about the TV stuff, i just did borrow the book and wanted to see, if it�s worth to buy another one. Sounds it would be worth it.

Yeah, Alton Brown is pretty much the fuckin' man. Anyone remotely interested in food should be acquainted w/ him.
I've learned a shit-ton from "Good Eats", that's for sure. Also, it's so damn well-written. I like that the jokes will go over the heads of 1/2 of the country. |
