Has anyone ever used Lexan as a ramp surface?
I can get some 1/4 inch thick sheets for free, thought of using it for a top layer over a Plywood base.
Any info appreciated.

I've seen it done on small ramps. It's not common because it's so expensive. It also deteriorates quickly with damage in the sun and weather. But I doubt it's any worse than your other options. I say go for it. It's also a bitch to fall on. It kind of sticks to your skin.
