Just picked up half a fucking cow (Wagyu) from my uncle - apparently graded above prime.
Any adventurous ground beef recipes? Fucking hamburgers for life...maybe sausage recipes?
It's really ridiculous, but think I was robbed of steaks - I could have a mean burger party though.
Thought it more of a crazy question with pics:

Prime, above Prime, the only good thing to do with it is to make ground beef. No you were not robbed of steaks.

Experiment with it:
Mexican:
Add Franks Hotsauce, red pepper flakes, garlic poweder and diced jalapenos to the mix when making burger patties (adjust mixtures to your desired taste, you don't need to over do it). Grill it melt pepper jack cheese or cheddar or both, add some pickels or jalapenos, and salsa.
Hot Hawaiian:
Mix burger with salt, black pepper a dash of garlic and diced sweet red onions. Grill it. Melt pepper jack cheese, place a canned or fresh Pineapple ring and jalapenos on top and mayonase, relish & ketchup on the bottom roll.

My special burger recipe:
ground beef
worcestershire sauce
basil
oregano
salt
pepper
mix it all up and form into burgers, grill, enjoy. |

add a whole lot of garlic powder, then some more + enough Sriracha sauce that the meat turns orange. Cook it up. Cheese on top.
Mix some Hooters "Hot" wing sauce and some crumbled blue cheese into the meat- bacon if desired . Brush with more Sauce while cooking. Top with pepper jack, more crumbled blue cheese and dress with blue cheese dressing. |

Wagyu is the king of all beef. Trade it to a local Japanese restaurant in return for lifelong free meals. |

We've done all the burgers known...the shit flames on it's so fatty. I've made amazing meatloafs or loaves, and meat sauces for spaghetti / lasagne, beef stew, kabobs, etc. I was worried that I got too much ground, but seems all right...it really is the shit. Now the race is on to see how quickly half a cow can be devowered. |
