Dinner over at the fiance's parents house.
Nothing special; hamburgers and the typical "it's Monday, we're tired, let's eat whatever semi-mixes together" cuisine.

Out comes this:

I recognize it from the movie, Intermission (kinda obscure Colin Farrell film shot in Dublin). Keep in mind I'm eating at the O'ROURKE'S house; Pops has a brogue and all so you see where this is going. They literally start bitching who's been using it, why is there so little left, who didn't go to the store to get more and yadda yadda. Funny if you saw the aforementioned movie as they put the shit in their tea it's like liquid gold.
The italian-polish-ukranian that I am.....I'm confused.
"Can I try that....you don't mind a little taste?"
They oblige.
I plop some next to my hamburger and kinda dip it to have a taste....all eyes on me.
"Oh, that's not too bad..."
the O'Rourkes seem pleased.

Yeah, not bad. I'm sitting here 10:30pm craving it. FIENDING FOR IT. Savoring it's flavor those lovely Irish folk bestowed on me.
I want it with my eggs tomorrow.
On Spiral ham.
On french fries.
On a sandwich.
On my fiance.

I need counseling.

I had Chef Brown Sauce about an hour after I ate at Steak 'n Shake last night.

The "slippery slope", eh TGM?

It's a 'different' flavor. The consistency of Worstechire (sp?)...maybe a tad thicker. Not as salty as A-1. Sweet aftertaste like BBQ sauce.
It's faaaaaabulous.

No slope at all. More of a brown mist. Painted the ceiling several times...

Steak 'n Shake was originally a diner in Bloomington, Illinois. There is now a Monical's Pizza on the OG property.

It's now a semi-national chain of restaurants specializing in burgers and milkshakes. It's good, greasy food, and they're generally open 24/7. They also now take plastic, which wasn't the case until the last couple of years.

I recommend the Frisco Melt platter with chili and cheeze fries, along with a chocolate malt. Just make sure you don't plan on doing anything other than going home immediately afterwards in case your new restaurant is doing the same things as the one that gave me a case of the Chef Brown Sauce the other night. If I had been stopped at two more lights on my way home, I would have shit in my pants.
