having built snowboards, i really dont mind working with the mats, yeh its not so cheap but thats cool, the end idea is high grade downhill boards so cost isnt really that bad per materials for that. it is gonna cost me around 35 per deck for pol decks with this schematic, so i wont really be making phat lewt off the whole thing, but its mostly just for the fun of making them. When i start making the dh boards with shaped cores and so on, then ill start thinking more about the money involved. |
