Someone gave me a Panini Grill for my B-Day...

Anyone have any suggestions as far as bread and/or recipes?

Best one I've made:

grilled chicken w/grilled anaheim and red pepper, basil, smoked ghouda. Add sundried tomatos and grill it on up.

- ham & swiss w/ grainy mustard

- roast beast w/ creamy horseradish

And then try one of my favorites:
Ciabatta bread, liberally seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and ground black pepper. Then, pesto, prosciutto di parma, and FRESH mozzarella, sliced. Press, and eat the shit out of...
