wasabi peas.

Crush them up and use them as a crust for your favorite fish. They're too fragile to pan-sear though, so you have to bake it. I recommend a thin layer of mayo or something applied to the filet, then just press into a plate of crushed wasabi peas and voila... Great on fresh salmon or tuna especially.

I had some of these, but they were peanuts instead of almonds. Quite tasty. Cleared the sinuses, that's for sure.

I just opened a new can of wassabi peas

After about the first 4 or 5 bites, I sneeze really hard every time I eat them.
