I recently acquired a 1987 schmitt stix "Rip Saw" in ok condition with bonzer trucks and cockroach wheels, hasn't been ridden too much and was never gripped, just has some surface cracks due to the wood drying out...

Does anyone know if it's worth anything? Cause I really want to start riding it myself, but won't if it's of any value.

Any guestimates would be very appreciated...

cheers.

From what it sounds like...skate it.
They are killer boards, but due to the re-issue....
I'd say 'bout $80-$100 complete.
~ Or you can always score a re-issue & keep the OG.

yeah I think I'll just use it!

I actually picked it up complete at a welfare/community shop for $3. The dude working there obviously had no idea what it was...

It was an awesome find - especially considering the great condition its in.
