Did you ever make it to Long Branch?
I mentioned Long Branch in another post a while ago...and you responded then!
It is free! I was there August 7th. It's really nice place. Besides bring free - it is near the beach (about 300 yards) - that add's a lot to the atmosphere.
I prefer Long Branch over Sayreville when I am in the area mostly because Sayreville is too spread out and I have a tough time maintaining speed there. Also the crowd at Long Branch is youger and mellower - the Sayreville crowd seems a little more raw. |
