Can someone point me in the right direction for a squeegee that works well with Plasitol Inks on dark t-shirts? I am trying my hardest to get the softest hand possible so i want to take all steps needed Including the best squeegee. Thanks!

I use a 60 durometer squeegee for printing white (usually through a 200), then 70 duro's for any top colours. I personally find the 70's a bit hard on my arms after awhile. I also use a 60/90/60 for single colours stuff.

Softer blade = more ink down
harder blade - less ink down

then consider your meshcount (this has more to do with creating a soft hand than your squeegee does)

110 = lots of ink
200-255= less ink down

if the ink doesn't go though the mesh in one stroke, add some reducer

it's easier to use a harder squeegee if your screens are super tight (like newman roller frame tight) cause you need less pressure to force the ink through the mesh.
