Those pizzas do not have red onion on them. They need to be nicely caramelized though, they cannot be just thrown on raw and cooked into the pie. |

I don't even want to know what sick ass type of garbage is in that link.
When I make the pizzas w/ sausage and red onion I usually get a big onion, slice it into 1/8" slices, break them apart into rings, and throw them on randomly on top of the cheese. Makes for quite an excellent pie. |
