Has anyone used them? I want to get some blanks, but I would like to make sure they are good quality. |

NOOOOOO............ya think!
And after almost 5 or 6 months of waiting and emails bouncing back and a battle on my hands on here with a certain group of people this happens...
Can you tell the nose from the tail, I guess they couldn't. |

That takes some definite lack of attention, or just stupidity
Thanks for the heads up Lincoln, Milt and Dan.
I would have hated to send out a poor quality product.

Man, get ahold of Joe Macdonald at pennswood!
They have the best decks. He will set you up with something you can afford. Also, look into having them print for you. If you just have a plan and can deal with a couple of screen fees, Joe will work hard to make you happy. |

Hey Skinny,
Thanks for the tip. I was thinking they would be good to deal with. I've only heard good about him, seems like a helpful guy too. |

I would stay far away from this company. I first started emailing them and was in discussion on a 10" board. I had trouble with a previous manufacturer so I was inquiring with them.
I mailed them off one of our 10" decks so they could use it as a templet and have never heard back from them. Basically, I feel like I got shafted a deck that we could of sold. Everytime I email them, I get no response and when I phone the place, I only get voice mail.
Customer service with manufacturers has gone out the window. There's an exception though with places like Service Board Supply and Penn's.
I'm only looking for a couple of things when I'm paying for a service. Communication, quality work and good wood. You would think this wouldn't be hard to come by, but it is. |

I had them send me a couple of samples, he wanted a graphi cso he could show me the sublamination he does. it was like a snowboard bottom on a skateboard. it got really sticky when trying to board slide. he also sent a blank and skated that one. the pop sucked and board feel was bad. so yeah stay away from them. |
