hey gotta problem! when I tried to print white on black it came out with these little hairs any one know y? never happened b4..

it's called fiberlation or something like that
basically increase your off contact
you are pushing the ink so far into the shirt that the fibers are pushing back up....
a proper print should sit on top of the shirt not in the shirt |

this also happens when you try to print white ink thru too high of a mesh screen and also when your ink is a bit too thick(needs to be "reduced" with curable reducer)..and another thing ive noticed is this happens with certain brands of t-shirts..the "weave" on some brands lends to this happening(Jerzee's brand in particular seem to give the "hairy" effect if the screen mesh isnt low enough or the ink is too thick+not enough off contact as mentioned before)..its always a good idea to have test print shirts to try your set up first to see if everything is good to go before ruining a good shirt.  |

you could also try swithching to a softer squeegee, I use a 65 for white, and 75 for top colours. |
