does anyone know what will take rust off a snowboard along the metal edge. Mine has been sitting in my basement for about 3 years now, and looks like shit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just take a file and run it up and down each side parallel with each edge, before you know it they'll be sparkling like new, just dont hack them, heck sand paper might work.. |

I'd use a block of wood and some 800 grit wet/dry sandpaper - it'll not only clean up the rust but return it's glossy look... and you don't have to worry about gauging it. |

you can buy these files that are made for snowboards, these will also hold the right angle as well and let you run the file all around the edges, this file will proberly cost you 10 - 15$
