does anyone know how i can reclaim and and remove emulsion without emulsion remover ?? !! i dont have a local supplier and need to reclaim a few screens before i can order more chemicals?? if you know any chemicals or anything, any help would be much appreciated!! thanks,

Cody,
Get a pressure washer.
I do all of mine like that.
I am not sure how it will work on cord stretced screens.
I love it, clean and ready to use in just a few minutes. |

no i dont use cord stretched frames anymore, ive def upgraded, i built a bunch of 20 x 24 frames and glued the mesh, so they are good, but wut chemicals do i use to remove emulsion after im done printing w/ that image.. i dont have any more remover and cant get some soon enough.. thanks |

i dont think i understand, are you saying that after im done with a screen, and am ready to wash out the emulsion for recoating, i dont need any chemicals, just a pressure washer ? sorry if im misunderstanding, thanks |

hmm.. alright man, ill give it a try, i have access to a p/w so we'll see what happens, thanks a lot skinny, i shld have my chem. in about a week or two so i wont have anymore problems..

you can also take it to a car wash (self serve) and use their power washer. That's what I do. Works perfectly. gets all emulsion and dried up ink out of the screen totally. |

ha i took a few screens to the car wash and spent about 6.00 $ but they washed out perfectly! i realy shld invest in a pressure washer, but my chem. shld be here soon so i can at least do this 3 color image until then, thanks a lot guys, you guys know your shit
