I turned down another mag today.

I had a huge opportunity to edit a new skate mag for Canada. In the end, I declined what they were offering. Sure, it was a huge amount of free copies and it would have made an enormous impact in Canada (hey, SBC I fucking DARE you guys to print a shot of a slalom skater or a longboarder!) but in the final analysis, it didn't make sense.

I realize the revolution is not going to be televised. In fact, it's not only NOT going to be televised, most people won't even see it happen...

Don't know if Canada needs another skate mag. We've got Color, SBC, CWM, and Concrete Powder already, and then all the US ones as well...

and its free

as for me, I am sticking with CW...it's enough work for 3 people!
