Im considering buying a skatepark.

What do I need as far as Insurance coverage?? If I have a waiver for everyone to sign, will that really make it so I cant get sued by some kids parents?

A Waiver will not protect you 100%. It protects you from someone suing for their own stupidity, but if there is a chance you could be at fault for something like a faulty handrail, collapse of stairs, etc you can still get sued.

I have never looked into insurance for a private skatepark, but in MN its about $7500 a year for liabilty insurance on public skateparks. Im not sure if it would be the same for a private park or not.
