i perfer Aluminum frames better than wood because they dont flex or twist, and you can keep them cleaner.

i suggest retensionable screens. it saves your mesh, and make a much tither screen. |

What count mesh should I use as a standard. I am going to be printing basic Images to start nothing really detailed so what do you suggest? |

110 for thick prints on t-shirts
125 for lettering and detailed underbases
157 for thinner, more detailed print on light or dark shirts/metallic inks for posters
200 detailed prints/waterbased/solvent printing (posters, decks etc)
230 increased detail, less ink laydown.
It all depends on what you are printing, what kind of inks etc . . . |
