Cody,
stay away from waterbased inks from speedball.
the "permenent acrylic" is fine if you clearcoat over it.
Look into nazdar 2700. |

speedball stuff is dull and you have to hit it with some layers of clear coat.
you seem to know whats up so I'll share with you.
Nazdar 2700 is waterbased and shiney. It also wont slow your boardslides. You need thinner or retarder for it or it will dry in your screen FAST. Its very runny so you need a high meshcount. 230 mesh is suggested by the company. I had 156 and it bled like shit so...id say around 200-230 is good. I'm really no pro though.

yea i already got an account with nazdar, i also tried union ink, i was just wondering cuz i know its realy easy to find speedball.. thnk for the advice

Union doens't make anything other then textile inks. Nazdar would be good, or you could try TW GRAPHIC . . .they might have something. |

I get decent results using a 225 mesh count. I think I might go a little higher next time though. |
