Scratched gear from distributors

How picky are you about gear you get from distros? Ever had a problem where decks or something are scratched up either a lot or a little and had to/wanted to send them back?

I'm just whats acceptable and what isnt.

I received a few decks that were scratched. One was pretty bad and another had a couple spots that had some scratches.
