Batdorf and Bronson is my favorite coffee company.

Straight up black is the best.

Americano or a thunderbolt (espresso topped with brewed coffee) NO cream or sugar if I'm at a coffeeshop.

Illy rules for expresso.

Good coffe is really good, bad coffee ain't so hot.

Hot - strong - black & bitter, but I like my women blonde and sweet.

Try http://www.stumptowncoffee.com/index.html for coffee. Go to http://www.coffeegeek.com/ and check out guides and how to use a press pot. For me a press pot is the best brewing method. I have total control of the process.

Ahh, Coffee. I agree a press pot (French Press?) is the best method. I drink loads of coffee, too much the wife thinks. But compared to a Finnish buddy who used to drink twenty (20) cups a day I drink just sips.

Actually, it turns out the Finns drink more coffee than any other nation, and I thought it would of been the Italians.

Does anyone grind their own beans?
