I have some old skate rags - home made skate mags done by guys all across the country and typically photocopied - though there were some that were actually printed.
Below are some images from Eastern Front - Spring '82 from New Jersey.
It was put together by Jeff Hartsell, Steve Herring, and Paul Chessare.

P.S. Can anyone suggest something like photobucket.com for hosting documents - like pdf's. I was thinking of scanning these old skate rags and then making pdf's. If I can host the pdf's somewhere then I can add links to posts so people can download them from here. Ideas? |

Wow. Cool find. The prediction mad in the "ramps-the final frontier" article was pretty dead on. |

@ old_school_proe_cad_guy,
I've been thinking about a site where we could host magazine scans too. I've got loads of '80s mags and I'm sure here on S&B we have almost every skate mag ever.
I looked at starting a group site with yahoo or msn but they have very small upload limits. I'm so busy right now with exams that I'm gonna have to leave this idea for a while, but I'm sure if there's a few guys here who are into the idea we can pull it off. |

Steve Herring? I haven't seen that guy in YEARS like 20, I still see Murph a lot, he was here about 3 weeks ago. Still kills it too. Are there any pics of Brad Constable in there? |
