HOW MANY NEWTONS???

how many newtons you suggest for truck to truck flat screen prints?


i am currenly runnin 25x36 aluminum frames stretched @ 17 newtons...

it seems a little tight but i can pull it off i think it can be a little easier no?

im printing medium and deep concaves

any suggestions?..........

Do you stretch your screens yourself?

If not, where can you get a screen stretched to a specific newton?

GOOD PEOPLE dont waste their time.......
they have standard sizes and stretch whatrever newton you want and do it to order.....
very helpful and have experts on hand willing to answer your every question they got the shit down to the molecullar level and shit .....

i get their aluminum screens one of their standard sizes the 25x36
they were 44 + shipping each (WELL WORTH IT!) these aint no bullshit screens these are the real deal
call them thats what they recommended to me (as far as newtons) and they have worked with skateboard printers in the past
anyone else got any info on NEWTONS?

17 seems really tight.. I'd stretch it at around 13 or 14. That's what I normally use for printing flat surfaces...

I use a 40*35 outside dimension screen stretched to 10 N and still have problems getting stuff at the very edges. I don't know how you guys do it at 17 N. I've been having better luchk using the finger hook method on the squeege as of a couple days ago, but I'm a smessy worker so it becomes a t2 person job again with one guy shuffling decks
