The wheel well placement may seem off cuz of the seismics. i think they shorten the wb a bit. mine seemed a bit off on my sma fish shield longboardamabob. whered you skate?

Boulder and Louisville skateparks. The board rides great at Boulder, but is a wee bit long for L'ville. Might build up an SMA red shield for that place.

it was a rad deck. a lot of wood to throw around, even coming off a hustler. concave is nice and open and it is a rad shape.

Mark, I rode that Band Aid hard for a good 6 months and loved it, but as I started going to shorter setups I put it down. Now I'm thinking about putting the seismics on it and bringing it back to life. You're right about the tail, it is a bit on the short side. But its a solid board.

Really glad to hear you are rolling again, about the mind/body thing, a good friend broke his wrist on my ramp last week. He had just dialed in some sweet frontside air, pulled it off about a dozen times, landed funny, snapped the left wrist. The first thing he said was "Damn, I broke it", the second was "This is gonna haunt me every time I go for air". I told him,
"Time heals all wounds..."

Got mine ready to go - w/big ol 97a gravity street Gs. Should be a worthwhile resurrection. Hope Johnny B doesn't see this.

Streek G's are nice wheels.
Careful ya' don't leave that board, unattended in those rough neighborhoods of Milford. 'Never know what them hoodlums will do...

More importantly, what color springs work best with a red, white and blue board???

All I know is the zircon-encrusted springs snap back with the force of a thousand doh dohs.

I've been on a 15" or 16" wheelbase for the better part of a year at this point, so it will be interesting to reacquaint with the longer ride. Just for curiosity's sake, if nothing else. It wierd - 3 years ago all I wanted to do was go longer and longer. Now its little more than a novelty. But carving on a bigger plank definitely has its stoke-factor.

Always fun pulling you out of lurkage brother John.
