what's a "Jolly Mamba"?

They used to call Neil Blender the "Master Of The Jolly Mamba". What is it?

I saw a photo spread with Neil doing a Jolly Mamba and that wasnt it. unless they mislabled the pic. I dont have the issue anymore but I am pretty sure it was some sort of hand plant.

In The Search for Animal Chin, one of the groms at the bakersfield ramp (maybe Chet Thomas) raves about Ray Underhill's Jolly Mombo sex change varials. Or something like that.
