a few questions about spot/flash drying.
1 - how close do i have the heater to the t-shirt
2 - how long do i flash off between colours
3 - how long do you do the final drying at the end of all the colours.

it really depends on how powerful your spot dryer is. The one I use sits about an inch or two above the shirt. I usually count to six throwing "and" in between. "one and two and three etc..."
works fine. Just experiment with it a little. |

try different times and setup a fan to cool the flash becaue lots of ink have a tacky feeling after they are flashed, the fan will cool the shirt down. once it's cool check to see if it's dry to the touch, if not then the next time youy flash add a second or two. You should be trying to make your flash as fast as possible because otherwise you are wasting valuable printing time. |
