I have some questions about board measurements.

Wheelbase:
Is this from the inside bolts (not the ones on the tail/nose side) of one truck to the inside bolts of another?

Width:
Do you measure the widest point of the board?

Nose/tail:
Where do you measure from? The bolts near the nose/tail, or from the mid-point of the base plate?

Thanks for you help,

tom

Inside of hte inner bolts.

Widest point.

And my guess would be from the outer bolts to the very end of the board.

Inner bolts

Widest point

Nose to tail, end to end, tip to tail.....following the shape of the board, not str8 across.

Wheelbase is from bolt to bolt on the inside of the deck most decks these days are 14 in. Widest point for me is usually right across the front truck bolts. Tail and nose are from the outer bolts on the wheelbase to the tip of nose or tail. For new school bolts you add 1/4 in to the actual length of the tail...if some deck should have a 6in tail then it would be 6 1/4 in from the bolts to the tip (new school bolts).
