A great smokeout...give some chicken a good butter rub before dry rubbing, then Hickory smoke...Good combo rub = garlic powder, dried jalapeno, cayenne, salt & pepper...hours and hours and mmmm good. |

garlic powder?
You'd get killed for using that shit down here. I can't believe we sale you Yankees cayenne pepper.
Try this.
Get some emerils essence(yea, but it is real good) and rub your wings down then coat with tabasco(original) and let sit at room temp for an hour or so, then sprinkle with cayenne
finally grill until the skin starts to burn over medium-high heat on your pit
then coat with q sauce(I use pig stand but you Yankees probably can't get that so use your kraft or something)
chicken on a grill should not be cooked any other way |

Shit if you look at Emerils crapola he probably has garlic powder in it...I think it works well in dry rubs...I rarely buy any store bought mixes they're always too salty and unfun - skate and create. It all mixes up...I tell ya I'm rubbing the butter every time I do my all day smokeouts now. |
