I actually have the other half done. Just working on the frame/press mechanism right now. Just got back from business out-of-town followed by a week of camping at the beach. Only to find a mile high In-box waiting for me at work.
Weekends don't seem to be enough anymore! |

I saw someone selling molds on ebay not too long ago, i have no idea how good they are, for all i know the decks they put out look like variflex's, but it's worth a try, they were only like 50 bucks |

I like the idea of a concrete mold because it is solid as, it doesn`t flex or move, you have a lot of weight even before you apply an extra psi.
and if someone pisses you off then you can hit them with it |

Thanks Destru,
Yeah, I used the fist mold to make the second.
I'm gonna press my first decks this weekend. I'll try one first, then two or three at a time, Ease into it, see how it works, see how the press rig holds up. |

Don't press too many. The decks will not be the same if you press too many at a time. 5 is a good amount. They'll all have the exact form. Doing more than that will make the decks on the inside of the stack flatter. |
