Hey guys
We are going to be up and running soon. Don't order anything just yet (otherwise your order will take a little longer to come through) as we are still getting ready to launch in a week or so, so call this a 'sneak preview'.
http://www.oldskatevideos.com
We are a few video nerds whose identities I am sure you will all know well from the forums but we'd just like to keep this all a little low key.
For the time being we have a few classics on eBay:
http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=oldskatevideos&completed=0&sort=3&since=-1
Please, no pm's just yet. We have stacks of videos to get through so all requests will I am sure be dealt with.
And before you ask, we don't produce any DVDs that are available to buy on VHS or have been rereleased on DVD. As soon as they are, we pull them from the store.
What do you guys think? Opinions? Please? |

Holy shit, that's awesome. What's the deal with purchasing from the US? What's 7.99 in dollars?
Also, any chance you'll be getting New Deal 1281 or World Industries Trillogy someday?
Would the PAL dvd's play on a US player? I have a Pioneer DV-333 that I bought in the US. Would that play PAL dvd's? Can you guys make NTSC versions? |

Trilogy is being done as we speak. 1281 I am authoring over the next week or so.
On the right hand side of the page you can change currencies - unfortunately the dollar is piss-weak at the moment!
Any half-decent DVD player should be able to play NTSC and PAL discs. The discs are not region encoded and are tested on a minimum of 3 players before we add them to the shop. We have around 15 titles mid-way through authoring and in various stages of testing. Any requests? Post them here or email me!
That's totally fine if you can get them from another source - check the auctions we have for a sample of what the menus/packaging is like though:

Oh yeah, there is a pricing discount scheme as well:
3x DVDs = 10% off
5x DVDs = 15% off
7x DVDs = 20% off
Check the little sidebar on the left hand side of www.oldskatevideos.com
Thanks
