Here what you need:
A couple of steaks
ground beef
canned whole tomatoes
2 white onions
2 red peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
some celery
kidney beans
chili powder
spices(salt, pepper, steak spice, etc)
olive oil

What you do:
Brown and drain the beef. Put it to the side
Cut steaks into cubes and fry em up. At some steak spice(I use Montreal)
In a big pot, fry your onions and garlic with a little olive oil
Once transparent, chuck in your chopped up red peppers and celery.
When it comes to the chipoltles, one pepper seems to make it plenty hot, but feel free to scorch it up! Make sure you get some of that Adobo sauce in there for that smokey flavor.
Now add your tomatoes, meat, beans, and about 6 tablespoons of chili powder
salt and pepper, and beer to taste
Simmer as long as you can hold off before eating it. Save some for tomorrow cuz chili is always better the next day.

Serve with shredded chedar cheese and bread and butter for dipping.

I accept no responsibility for any kind of ass damage resulting from this recipe. If you did it right, it'll feel like Leatherface ripped you a new one!
