Normally I don't share this one with anyone -it's kind of sacred, but it wouldn't be fare for you bums to miss out --seeing as not many of you will ever make it up here for a bbq/session.

First you need a fine cut of beef -Alberta Beef is preffered, but any grain fed beef will do (the fat should be white, NOT yellow). Filet Mignon rules, but porterhouse t-bone, NY or Rib will do too in a pinch.

The Marinade is as follows:

1/4 cup of soya-sauce (China Lilly preferred)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed in the pan you're using for the marinade)
2 tablespoon of shredded ginger
tablespoon of sweet basil
2 tablespoons of dehydrated onion
2 teaspoons of fresh crushed pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon brown suger
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can of coke~cola

Combine ingrediants and lay in your meat. Cover the meat with a damp towell and refrigerate (paper will do, but a real towell workes best). Marinate for 4 hours flipping the meat every 40 minutes. Make sure the towell remains damp.

Heat up your bbq grill to the highest heat you can get it.

Remove the meat from the marinade, drizzel melted butter and honey (tablespoon of each) on the meat.

Slap that steak down on the grill 3 minutes one side, 2 minutes the other (based on a 2 inch thick steak). Just before it comes off, hit it with some salt (do not pre salt).

Let it rest on a plate for 4 to 6 minutes (eat you fuckin' salad kook!) and serve it up.

It's fucking amazing, try it, impress the wife and her friends.
