I'm getting the landyachtz EVO and have a choice of Randal 160 or 180's. I'm thinking 180's just cause they are wider....gotta be a good thing, but any opinions on the 160's? I'm going to set it with Krypto 85mm 80A wheels. |

160's are the DH model, which is VERY different than the 180's geometry.

The DH 160 is built for stability/speed; they don't begin to turn until you hit 30mph. The R II 180 is a carving/turing truck with a geometry closer to what you will be used to (Indy/Tracker). They will turn quicker than both of those trucks. Unless you are going to be doing some speed boarding or riding the Bear in ABQ., I would go with the versatile R II 180. |
