Damn, dudes pay too much for skateboards these days.

Never thought a couple of decks would buy one of these.

This version has my favorite features from different eras, in one guitar. Mid 50's headstock, late 50's inlays and Bigsby, modern pickups, thinner body.

Nice! I had a beautiful rich blonde Italian girlfriend that owned a Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessean with a Bigsby I used in the early days of switching from being a frontman/singer to a becoming a guitar player after leaving Wrecking Crew (which became White Noise and then Beyond Possession).

I learned Van Halen I on that Gretsch. LOL!!

My Larrivée Flying V in all its machinations, so far. Wife and her girlfriends broke the headstock once leading to a refinish, I broke it once, the cats broke it again while the glue was setting... still solid as fuck. My number 1 guitar though I have modded the hell out of it.

Jean Claude Larrivée, world famous for his acoustic guitars, saw my Larrivée V not long ago and was stunned by it—he thought it looked pretty cool and was stoked to see one of his 30-year old electrics and its evolution.
