He said he rides “in” the rain and snow. Good bearings would be a waste of money. I shovel/squeegee/torch the bowlxtocride in the winter and my Ron’s survive nicely...cause it’s dry |

We used to use Tiger torches to melt the ice. But it damages the crete. And Fish was a pain in the as and lazy so it was hard to get him to bring his out... LOL!!. Many de-icers damage the crete too, but there is one that doesn't—I wish I could remember the name. |

Dirty old metal shield, probably NMB, bearings that were cleaned up with acetone and soaked in Tri-flow to revive them.
Bathed in acetone and soaked in Tri-flow after the session so they can be used again. If I can make it out to skate Marginal Way when it's wet I would rather do that than skate through puddles. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do though. |
