For gods sake, just go skate. Buy any olds bearing and ride em till they need to be replaced. Over analyzing your toy doesn’t always help

Fuck that. Riding crap bearings sucks. Clean the snow out well and rip!

He said he rides “in” the rain and snow. Good bearings would be a waste of money. I shovel/squeegee/torch the bowlxtocride in the winter and my Ron’s survive nicely...cause it’s dry

We used to use Tiger torches to melt the ice. But it damages the crete. And Fish was a pain in the as and lazy so it was hard to get him to bring his out... LOL!!. Many de-icers damage the crete too, but there is one that doesn't—I wish I could remember the name.

Dirty old metal shield, probably NMB, bearings that were cleaned up with acetone and soaked in Tri-flow to revive them.

Bathed in acetone and soaked in Tri-flow after the session so they can be used again. If I can make it out to skate Marginal Way when it's wet I would rather do that than skate through puddles. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do though.
